HOYA CARNOSA 'COMPACTA' a.k.a. Hindu Rope Plant, also known as a Wax Plant.
These guys are new in and I love them! They're much bigger than I expected, which is always a good thing. The bigger the plant the better!
Hoya Carnoa Compacta has vines of closely compacted leaves that are all twisty twirly. They're the most fascinating plant.
These guys originally come from Eastern Asia and Australia but are a super popular hanging house plant. Either pop them on the top of a shelf and let the vine hand down or display them in a macrame hanger. These guys are also climbers, so you could train your carnosa compaca to climb up a trellis.
#PlantFact - The name “Hoya” honors Thomas Hoy who was gardener to the Duke of Northumberland and the first to bring this superb house plant to the UK. Looking after your Hoya is easy! Place them in bright, indirect sunlight and keep the soil moist.
