Returns and Refunds

Refunds for Plants 

Due to the perishable nature of plants sold by Pretty Cactus returns and refunds will only be accepted in certain circumstances. Please advise of any issues with plants received within 5 days of arrival of items. Sending photos of any areas of concern to hello@prettycactus.co.uk

Any issues will be resolved with a refund, which is issued in the form an eVoucher issued to the value of the original purchase. The voucher will have 12 months validity. Pretty Cactus Plants does not offer replacement items for plants 

Standard refunds for plants are not accepted. 

Sale items are non-refundable and are purchased as described. 

 

NOTE: As plants are a living and perishable item each is unique. Variations do occur in plants and these are normal. Your plant may differ slightly from that on the product listings, however ever attempt has been made to ensure photos and descriptions are a true representation of the plant you are purchasing.

Please be aware that whilst each plants is carefully packed, some transit damage can happen This is usually light. Refunds for light / minor transit damage is not available. Should your plant have substantial transit damage please get in touch as soon as your order arrives (within 24 hours), providing photos of the plant and packaging. This will help to claim from the courier used for damaged caused by them whilst your order was in their care. 

 

Refunds for Pots and Non-perishable Items 

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. Return postage is not provided. 

After your item is received it will be inspected. If it is in the same condition as set, and re-sellable you will receive a refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Payments made partially by gift card, will have the refund processed back to the gift card in the first instance, with any additional funds being refunded to the subsequent payment method used.

If the product is received by Pretty Cactus Plants damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
