Hildewintera colademononis (Cleistocactus Winterocereus, Winteria) is one of my favourite cacti! You guys ask me about this guy all the time, and I'm super pleased to finally have it back in stock again. It's commonly known as the Monkey Tail Cactus. The stems on this hanging cactus resemble a tail of a monkey. They hang from the pot and have a fury look to them.
Hildewintera colademononis are native to Bolivia. It is of epilithic nature, meaning in its natural habitat it is most commonly found growing on or between steep rocks hanging above a jungle below.
The watering of this plant should be done exclusively during the summer and spring seasons and only when the soil feels dry.
